The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia is a national trade union center independent of the state, political and business structures. The largest association of Russian workers. The FNPR participates at the expert level in the development of draft federal and regional laws related to the social and labor sphere, observance of workers' and trade union rights, and also actively influences the process of improving Russian legislation.

The Moscow Federation of Trade Unions is the largest territorial organization within the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia. One of the most numerous and most influential public organizations in the Russian capital. It unites about one million employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations, 31 branch city trade unions, and more than 3,000 primary organizations. It consists of more than a million trade union members - employees of enterprises and institutions in Moscow.
