• Is breakfast included in the room rate?

  Buffet breakfast is included in some rates. When booking, pay attention to the terms of the fare, or you can pay for breakfast separately upon arrival (check the cost at the reception).

• Are there hair dryers, slippers and bathrobes in the rooms?

  A hairdryer and slippers are available in all room categories. Bathrobes are provided free of charge in rooms of the Business category and above at the Gamma Hotel and in all room categories of the Delta building. Bathrobes can also be purchased for an additional fee.

• Does the hotel have water coolers?

  Yes, hot and cold water coolers are freely available in the hallway on each floor of the hotel.

• Is it possible to move in with pets?

  Pets are allowed if the weight of the animal does not exceed 5 kg, as well as if veterinary documents are available.

• Is there a fridge and a kettle in the room?

  Mini-fridges are available in all rooms. Electric kettles are provided in rooms of the "Business" category and above, in the "Standards" you can use the cooler on the floor of the Gamma Hotel and in all categories of rooms at the Delta Hotel.

• Can I check in earlier?

  Early check-in is possible subject to availability of rooms at the time of check-in. Guaranteed early check-in is booked one day earlier than the desired date and is 100% prepaid.

• What do I need to check-in?

  Check-in is possible upon presentation of the original civil (internal) passport, in the absence of the original civil (internal) passport, it is possible to place upon presentation of the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, or upon presentation of a driver's license. A birth certificate is required for guests under the age of 18.

• What time is the check-in and check-out?

  Standard: check—in from 14:00, check—out until 12:00.
