Moscow 1 + Moscow 2 Conference Hall

The total area of the combined conference halls "Moscow 1" and "Moscow 2" is 390 sq.m., the ceiling height is 3.65 m., the capacity is up to 500 people (the "theater" arrangement). The combined halls are air-conditioned, equipped with a presidium and a modern sound reinforcement system and audiovisual equipment with Internet access both via Wi-Fi and via a dedicated line. When working with visual information, for convenience, one main screen, a plasma panel for the presidium and two peripheral screens are used in the hall, on which the image for the last rows is duplicated. Located next to the Uglich conference hall on the 3rd floor of the central hall, the combined Moscow 1 + Moscow 2 hall has its own coffee break area, as well as a spacious Welcome area equipped with a reception desk, which is provided to the organizers of the event to meet and register participants, demonstrate and distribute information or advertising products.
