Conference hall "Smolensk 1+2+3 "

If necessary, the conference halls "Smolensk 1", "Smolensk 2" and "Smolensk 3" will be transformed into a combined conference hall "Smolensk 1+2+3 " with a total area of 282 sq.m. and a capacity of up to 300 people. The ceiling height is 3.85 m. The multifunctional conference hall Smolensk has a separate additional entrance for loading/unloading of large structures, as well as its own sanitary and technical area.

Wi-Fi is available in the hall. The universal hall "Smolensk" is great for holding events of various kinds.:

• Holding exhibitions, forums, screenings with the possibility of installing specialized exhibition equipment, podiums, exhibition stands, as well as advertising products of various formats;
• Conferences, seminars, trainings, presentations, briefings, summits, symposiums, meetings, round tables, meetings, congresses, forums, assemblies, etc.;
• Conducting corporate events;
• Organization of receptions, banquets, ceremonies, etc.

Prices are set in rubles, including VAT 22%
The above prices for the services of the Congress Center come into force from the date of signing the contract.
