The total area of the Smolensk 2+3 conference hall is 189 sq.m. The ceiling height is 3.85 m. Capacity from 120 people ("Class" arrangement), up to 180 people ("Theater" arrangement). The multifunctional conference hall Smolensk 2+3 is equipped with an air conditioning system and modern audio-visual equipment with Wi-Fi Internet access, and has its own sanitary and technical area.

The Smolensk 2+3 Conference Hall is suitable for multidirectional events:

• Holding of screenings, forums, exhibitions (with the possibility of installing specialized exhibition equipment: podiums, exhibition stands, advertising products of various formats);
• Conferences, seminars, trainings, presentations, briefings, summits, symposiums, meetings, round tables, meetings, congresses, forums, assemblies, etc.;
• Corporate events;
• Receptions, ceremonies, banquets.

Prices are set in rubles, including VAT 22%
The above prices for the services of the Congress Center come into force from the date of signing the contract.
