The meeting room is air-conditioned and has the ability to connect to the Internet both via Wi-Fi and via a dedicated line. Located on the 1st floor of the Delta 4* Hotel, the Torzhok meeting room can be used as a VIP area for events held in the Kolomna and Kineshma conference halls, as well as as a coffee break area.

The above prices for the services of the Congress Center come into force from the date of signing the contract.
